How To Make Donald Duck Orange Juice Taste Better is the Good Idea topic for today!  We recently purchased some of this juice (in a large can) remembering  it was a child-hood favorite. We quickly realized, only after taking a nice big swig, that it was seriously way too potent too drink.  My cheeks puckered so tight that I wasn’t sure I would ever smile or laugh again.  IT HURT!  I don’t know what it was, maybe the twitching of the eye, or the stinging tongue, but I knew right then and there that Donald Duck Orange Juice did not taste like I had remembered.  So, I devised a plan to experiment with the juice until I could make it taste a bit better.  Here are the best two solutions I came up with…

She had a good idea and created an amazing site where many small business owners have donated items to be raffled off and all proceeds donated from the raffles will be divided in half and donated to The Red Cross and to http://www.compassion.com/ for and in behalf of the recent victims of the earthquake in Haiti.  The site is incredible and the items to be raffled are beautiful, creative, and so generous.  I am so proud to be part of a world where people like Jenny exist and all of these contributing business owners as well.  There is a Facebook Profile for her site called Hope For Haiti.  Definitly check it out and if you have a little extra, purchase a raffle ticket and donate!

As many of you know, Dominos Pizza has recently revamped their recipes and have supposedly improved their crust, sauces, and toppings.  So last we gave the new Pizza a try.  This is my review.  It was great!!  As far as the toppings go, they were super delicious.  As far as the sauce goes, it was a little sweeter than I would prefer, but with the flavor of the toppings, it complemented one another well.  AND THE CRUST, oh the Crust, it was sooooo………..good!  That’s right!  I couldn’t wait to get to the crust.  It had such delicious spices on it, that by the time I reached the crust, I was excited because it was so good.  It was like finishing my piece of pizza with a super tasty bread stick.  The crust was my favorite.  So, all in all, I feel that the Dominos Pizza Improvements, are definitely IMPROVEMENTS and delicious!  So here’s a good idea, Go get some and try it for yourself!

The Phrase of the Day is “I Love You!”  This morning,  as I woke up to a stormy day to get my girls ready for school, I stopped by my laptop, opened it up, and there was this adorable little note that simply said, “Amy, I love you!” It was such a wonderful surprise and then as I went into my girls bathroom to get their hair done, there were three more little “I love you’s” written on the mirror to our daughters from their dad.  They were so excited!  Each one of us felt special and so very loved.  So, here’s an idea, I would encourage you to share some love today.  It could be written on a note, or spelled out with M&M’s or something creative and fun.  Just reach out, and let those you love, KNOW just how much you really love them!!
